  • Pre-existing IP: App Craft Services retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, and methodologies

  • Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, subject to confidentiality agreements

Clients grant us a license to use their trademarks and branding solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to services will cease, and final invoices will be issued
  • Data Return: We will provide reasonable assistance in data migration or return, subject to additional fees
  • Survival: Provisions regarding payment, intellectual property, and limitation of liability survive termination
